Having the ability to communicate with the spirit world can be overwhelming at times but it can also be a very fulfilling gift. I would suggest you continue to reach out to others as you have done today and learn techniques such as being able to shield, filter, and ground yourself so that your psyche will be able to handle this new information without causing any coping issues within yourself.
