Haunting of a Medium

It seems like a lifetime ago that our family endured an extreme haunting. It was after the death of my sister and a move next door to a neighbor that brought about one of the darkest times in my life. As a medium I felt that full brunt of this violent haunting and in a way felt responsible for the intensity of the activity. After a house move and several attempts by the church to resolve our problem it took the Jesuit Community to step in and end our ordeal. I am currently working on a book about our experience from the perspective of a medium being haunted. This haunting impacted my life as well as the lives of my family members and friends in ways I never imagined. We are all changed from having gone through it. Now I have moved beyond fear and into study and research. Developing my gifts is my lifework now and I feel that perhaps this haunting happened for a reason. I still have encounters with the demonic although they are on a much lower level. I was told by the clergy that once in battle with them always in battle and they don't like mediums at all-I can see why if we can sense what they are up to. I learned so much during that haunting-about myself, my beliefs and my strength. I also learned not to cover up my mediumship, but to embrace it and to develop it.
More to come about our haunting in my next installment.
