There is a theory that because all objects (alive or not) emit and absorb energy on the quantum level, there is a means of knowing about objects in ways not dependent on the normal senses. It’s more of an ability to tune to emitted energies than what many think of as psychic. In other words, this is in and out of your head, it is real, and you’ll have to define what psychic is.
