My Two Spirits

I've been living in this home for at least five years now and I've only begun to feel these two very different... energies. One is of a little child with a bob cut and gum boots and the other is a nineteen year old man.

The child follows me everywhere, except the bathroom or toilet. But, the man stays in my bedroom, by my cabinet and just watches over me as I sleep.

It was one day when I was walking into the bathroom when I felt a small hand push at my jean's pocket, almost telling me not to go into the bathroom. I thought nothing of it and took a shower only to cough and choke on the water.

It was days after that that I began to feel like I was being told "I told you so!"

And on some days when I try to talk to them, I feel like I'm being laughed at.

I would like help contacting them and would appreciate it if someone could help me. I'm not afraid of them but I would like to know if I have a psychic ability that could help me to help them crossover.
