Captain Pat and The Mystic Five
One of the ladies suggested a charity event - we organised it - and it was held at Ingleburn RSL lst Thursday night. Two of the ladies were on Channel 7's "The One" - Rayleen Kable and Amanda Roussetty. The lady to the left of me is Marcia Quinton - she trained Ezio de Angelis also appearing on "The One". To my right is Deb Powell who is also a teacher of the mystic and far right is Emelda Penny - who (with Marcia) is one of Australia's most respected in this area and has been doing readings for years and years. We raised about $6K for the Kids of Macarthur Foundation with money going to their projects at the local hospitals. It was a great night. My work - c91.3 fm and also the local paper The Chronicle came on board as sponsors and helped promote. God love them. One thing I found is that the sceptics didn't enjoy the night and sat there with "long faces". It was interesting to see. Those who had open minds had a ball. It was an incredible night. Will do another, for another charity in June - in the haunted town hall at Picton. We'll raise heaps more - you learn with each different event. Yes, I know the photo says Mystic Five and there are six of us. But I am not Mystic - I just have a nice hat. Fond regards and "love" to those who need it. Captain Pat Radio C91.3
