Psychic Encounters

All my life, I have had psychic encounters not only with spirits, but also I have been able to see the future in a state of unconsciousness. Around that time I turned ten, my abilities were starting to wane. By my thirteenth birthday, I thought I had lost my abilities altogether. One night, I woke up in a cold sweat and went into our kitchen. When I looked into the window, I saw a little girl in a frilly dress looking at me.

For six months, I woke up at 3:15 every night to a little girl laughing. When I talked to one of my friends who saw spirits regularly, he told me how to get her to move on, and since then I haven't had an encounter with this particular spirit, but from time to time, I will encounter a spirit that wanders around in my house. Also, my visions have become more frequent and focused. I am confused though because now that I turned 14, my abilities will become more or less powerful with my emotions and energy level. I just want to learn how to control these visions and sightings of spirits.
