Recent Stuff That Scares Me

I am 14, but have a wide range of psychic abilities that I hold to myself. I can now read auras again, I have clairaudience and clairvoyance, and also I can feel spirits that touch me and I Lucid Dream each night. It's actually quite freaky. I am by scared by this, and would like an answer to why this happens. I also have a friend from my other stories, and she has had some trouble too. My friend Sammy, a 13 year old psychic, has had a really creepy dream. She had a dream inside a dream. The dream inside the dream was that she was a girl named Acana (Pronounced Ah-Kahn-Nah) and her arms and legs started to feel tingly, and strange, then numb. She lost control of her whole body. She heard a voice say "Now I have Acana" and then said "Only the green rings that have not been shaken can save human kind from my evil forces." She woke up into her normal dream, but then her arms and legs in that dream started to feel numb. She fought the feeling, and saw 2 green rings on her dresser, and picked them up. She shook them, and then ran to her sister's room, where her mom was, and said "The evil ghost is trying to kill man kind!" The mom said, "Ok, now run along playing your game" and Sammy said "I'm not kidding!" Then she started crying. Sammy never cries. She woke up into real life. Her arms and legs were tingling, and she was scared. She got up, and the feeling went away. She was really scared, and wants to know what this is. I must be going now.
