Rhamiadian
Yesterday while I was at work I had a very urgent feeling of almost panic that I needed to be somewhere but I had no idea where I needed to go. I started calling friends and family to see if everything was ok. I went home yesterday from work to find that my landlord had been in my apartment without my permission around the same time I was having those feelings. Those feelings I was having yesterday were way too strong for me to just dismiss. How do i train my mind to have at least a little control over what happened?
