Ever sense I was 6 I have sensed sprits. They follow me everywhere. They are like black ash that melds into a human form. They’re eating my energy away gaining more and more energy. They whisper “help me...Olivia. Help..." Every time I go to my friend’s house, school, home... everywhere. My friends say I’m crazy. I didn’t tell my divorced mother and father. And now I’m scared of my own shadow. Help.

I see them too

Yea don't worry hunny, I see them too.
I'm afraid when i see them clearly though.
Sometimes it scares me so much I convince there is nothing there and it's fine.

Sometimes I can really feel them, I feel there pain. And I feel sorry on them, they never physically hurt me, they just want our help right?
So I really want to be able to communicate with them, and understand them more, no matter how scary it gets.

But as the other person said. Just tell them to go away, or ignore it, if you don't want them to bother you.

Or if you want, try communicating with them... if they have never physically hurt you and you want to be brave, go for it.

Hi Olivia,
We all see things in different ways but we do see them.

You sound as though you feel threatened at the moment. The law of the universe is, it is (as we all are) guided by love and respect for one another. Ask them to stop coming to you. Ask if they have messages for you to come to you only, between the hours of whether it be 7am - 8am or whatever suits you on a daily basis and just listen for that time. Ask your Guardian Angel to protect you and let them know that you feel they are drawing your power, because that would not be their intent.

I believe it would more so with you pushing them away you are burning up your own energy through fear and rightly so, needing to protect yourself.

Just a hint, as I mentioned the Universe/God is love, if you feel you are receiving messages which are in disharmony with love, your own ethics, integrity etc simply say "please go away, I desire to be surrounded by love and light".

May love, laughter and joy surround you.
