The same thing happens to me, it means you (we) are spiritually gifted; you can hear their thoughts, and sometimes you transmit your own thoughts mentally (psychically) to other people if you are spiritual and use drugs, (I use marijuana) it can still happen if you are intoxicated. It is not a bad thing it is good the spirits help us to benefit ourselves and humanity.
