Unusual Dream Of A Car

I found I was digging up an earthen worked mound over the wall that had buried the wall many years ago. Underneath the earth, in the dirt, I found an unusual BMW style car in black that I was amazed at, as I had never seen such a car before. To fill in the details it had a NSU style rear end and a traditional 5 series front end (ie. 70's/80's style) and it was very modern even though it was an old car and it was a small saloon. (and what is more I have never seen a BMW like it.) The lady of the house agreed I could have this unusual treasure and take it with me. I opened the boot and removed an amplifier and a Stratocaster guitar, we then towed the car home with the works van. Having reached the bodyshop we looked the car over and found it had many modern features which surprised us; but the floor was rotten and needed replacing, and the garage couldn’t repair it but would see what they could do. Whereupon I woke up and recalled the dream. What do you think it means? I really did sleep deep that night and woke early thinking I the dream had some deep meaning to it... Also we live near the Merseyside ship canal and this has been in the background to a lot of my dreams for a while especially this one, specifically scenes of sea fishing trawlers and oil tankers passing behind the images of what I am dreaming. I also remember the banks of the canal soaked with crude oil. The dream wasn’t lucid enough to be 'real' ie. As I live and breathe - but I did wake thinking I had lived the dream!
