Warning

When I was about 7 months pregnant I had woken in the wee hours of the morning to find my young husband still not home from newspaper delivery. I was sure something was wrong since he should have been back from work at least two hours before. I was beside myself; pacing, crying, and praying. He finally came home. I was so overjoyed but still felt strange. He said his tyre had gone flat. He still had to go on to his second job. I begged him not to go. I told him if he left he would die! He shrugged it off and left. I prayed and asked God to spare him. Later that night I got a scary call from my husband saying he was in an accident. I asked if he was ok but he said he had to go. An hour later a nurse from the local hospital called to tell me my husband was in a car wreck. I got to the hospital in a panic. He was pretty hurt but ok. I learned that he was bleeding profusely when he managed to get out of the car and call me. He had gone through the windshield and passed out after he called. Many strange things happen like this to me but this one sticks out the most. I believe God answered my prayers. Today we are still married but now he knows better than to ignore my warnings!
