I would like to give some insight on the importance of spiritual cleansing. We all know the importance of physical cleansing and scenting the body, the same should be done spiritually at least once per week and maybe twice depending on the company you keep. Here is a simple but powerful spiritual cleansing.
What you will need:
7 Day white candle
Cleanse and dress candle with olive oil, say prayer for clearing energy, light and allow to bun out.
Take a shower.
After shower run a bath and put about a handful of sea salt in water.
Stay in bath for no less than 15 minutes and say prays that resonant with you.
After the bath put olive oil on the body and sleep in white bed clothes.
Doing this at least once a week will keep your energy clear and create a field around you that will repel negativity.
