A Vision and a Ghost

Well, I don't have a clue if I'm psychic, but so far lots of things I've said have come true... I remember when I was little telling my mum we were going to get burgled and I should put my toybox by the front door so when it tips over we will be safe, that night the door opened because my parents forgot to lock it and the toybox crashed down and my dad chased the burglar away.

It happened again when I was slightly older, about 6, I had said 5 names of horses form a list of about 20 in 5 different races. Each one won but my granddad had payed no attention to my prediction and put different ones on.

I have seen ghost-like figures in rooms too, it's a weird feeling when you know your being watched and turn around to see a blurry figure. My next was another vision, 3 days ago I had a vision that my little friendship group at school would split up and we wouldn't speak to each other as much. Today it came true. What should I do? Do I have some weird power or am I just imagining it?
