Angel Stories In Real Life Prove We Are Never Alone

Who else has some personal angel stories in real life to share? Anyone naturally blessed with a delicate spiritual predisposition will be able to recall dozens of these "signs from above" as angelic guidance from their own daily life. But what do they mean and, more importantly, are they always to be trusted?  Is the message always there and, if it is, is it meant to guide or misguide us?

It is hardly uncommon for extremely sensitive and empathic people to receive little signs on a daily basis, observe unusual coincidences, feel odd little premonitions, and experience moments of angelic clairvoyance.

As a rule of thumb, it is highly unlikely that the sky will open up right above your head and the thundering voice of Divine Providence utter a message that will solve all your life's ills. Instead, any note sent from a spiritual source will be but a mere hunch, a gut feeling brought to you through a messenger of one kind or another. They come to us while we meditate, pray, do ritual work, but also while we're in the middle of a traffic jam on our way to work. They are around us constantly, whispering into our ears all sorts of information that we may or may not need. But who are "they"?

Collecting True Stories About Encounters With Real Angels

On one side, we have Guardian Angels which are sent from above to guide the human race and aid each and every one of us. They are mild but firm, gentle yet assertive, and always there to give a helping hand. They are the ones that hear and take care of our prayers, hopes and dreams.

On the other hand, we have slightly less benevolent creatures often referred to as fairies. Throughout the ages, they have also been called goblins or imps and have sometimes taken the guise of sinister creatures of the mythology. They remain little understood by the average person. While not necessarily ill-intended per se, they do like to play around and are more likely to wreak havoc than anything else. Cheeky as can be, they can cause disturbances in the reception of clairvoyant or clairaudient signals, confuse your senses and generally spread spiritual misinformation, toying with your perception. Still, due to their tricks and craftiness, they are not always easy discern from more well-intended Angels.

Luckily, there is a way to tell them apart and avoid the little games that the fairies play so well. Guardian Angels always exude pure love, giving you a sense of security and a feeling of being cherished and taken care of. The protection they cast around you, once you learn to recognize it, can never be mistaken for anything else. Their messages are pure and ring with clarity and sincerity not found in lesser entities. Every other sign that you may receive during your meditation or through a sudden gut feeling is better taken with a pinch of salt (or even dismissed). Messages from angel stories in real life will never leave you in doubt. It is just a matter of learning to listen.

My Dreamed Experience Became That Of Being An Angel On Earth -  by Faith Lynn from Snoqualmie Washington USA

My story begins with a dream where I watched the boy hit the car and roll onto the hood. I felt his last breath leave his body. I woke up from this dream shaking and drenched in sweat. I had seen myself at the street corner about a half mile away from my home.

In shock I got up and put on my coat, found my slippers and opened my front door.

The morning was cool and overcast, on the brink of late fall. I walked outside my door and was compelled to keep walking. Images flashed as I focused on the boy, I knew was still alive.

I quickened my pace and found the intersection in my dream and stood by the light. Within moments, the boy came into sight. I started to wave my arms at him and called him over to help me. The boy stopped in front of me, he was exactly as I visioned him. Realizing that I looked like a fool I simply asked him for directions to a place I already knew and told him my daughter was having a craving. He was kind enough to tell me where I could find what I had asked for.

From behind us, a car whizzed by us both, the boy thought nothing of it. But I knew it was the car that would have hit this boy. We both turned our head as this car was going a bit fast, when I looked back, I simply thanked him for the directions and walked back home.

I never saw the boy again. I can only imagine the perplexed look he gave me as I walked away in a different direction that what I was directed to. But I didn't care. It was a true experience of being an angel on earth for sure.

I have had this ability since birth, and it will not be the last time I wonder out in my PJ's.

My Angel Stories In Real Life Led To Readings - by John Dobson (Salt Lake City)

I had a session with an angel reader and I was so moved by the experience that I could hardly wait for my next one. For weeks I practiced coming up with questions to ask in my next session. I didn't think much about it at the time, but every time I imagined asking a question, I also imagined an answer. I finally realized this was happening and the answers weren't based on my own experience. So where were they coming from?

My mind connected with an angelic presence that introduced itself as the source of the answers. When I closed my eyes, I could see in my mind’s eye two angels before me standing a few feet off the ground. They showed to my mind how they have been communicating with me all my life, and so many times that I thought I had come up with an idea, it was actually them sharing their thoughts with me.

I had been told I could do angel readings if I wanted. I decided to give angel readings as presents for Christmas. I gave more than a dozen of them that year. In the past 2 month I have had 4 people request readings. The quality of my readings has soared over the years. Last night I gave a reading and I literally felt the angel slip right into my body before the reading and he expressed himself with fantastic love and clarity. It was an awesome experience!

I was reminded that I have a gift that can help others and could be a rewarding way to help earn my living. I found this website as I'm searching for advice on how to establish a clientele.

Animals With Angel Wings

Animals With Angel Wings Rescuing Humans - Blackie The Dog - by Jean Fritz

I truly believe that God (you can call the Supreme Force whatever you like) has a sense of humor. One of my angel stories in real life is a real woofer!

The incident following will relate powerfully how prayers can be answered in unexpected, and sometimes delightful, ways.

Many years ago, I held a part-time job clerking in a family owned pet store. The store was located in a seedy part of town. Many of the residents were drug addicts, as there were two or three addiction treatment centers within walking distance. Almost all of the area residents received public assistance of some kind. During the long month of January, it wasn't uncommon for those people receiving welfare and food stamps to run short before the end of the month.

Most evenings, I was not alone in the store as the owner would come in to check up on things, but this particular night I was working solo. It was near the end of January, and the weather had been bitterly cold and snowy for the past few days. The streets were empty, and for an hour or so, not one customer came in.

As I fed the parrots and cockatoos, I heard the bell on the entry door jangle. Two young men entered. They were not quite teens, but did not look like adults. They appeared nervous and began wandering around. I noted a bulge underneath one of their coats; I was immediately on edge, as it looked like the outline of a gun. I suspected the two were casing the store, waiting for an opportune time to rob it.

I didn't want to appear alarmed, so I gathered my courage, put on my game face and nonchalantly asked if I could help them find anything. One of them answered, "No, we're just looking around." I answered that if they had any questions I would be happy to answer them. I then went to the back room.

I hid in one of the storage areas and whispered a prayer. "God, please send the owner or someone. Get rid of these two guys. I really don't want to die here tonight!" I felt a strange sense of calm wash over me, as though God said, "You're prayer is answered. Just wait."

I came back out front and the two were still there. It had been 15 minutes. There still were no other customers.

I continued working, or at least putting on a show; I dusted shelves, rearranged stock and spent time petting Chloe, my favorite cockatoo. The two boys continued to roam the aisles. I watched the minutes tick by on the clock, counting down until I could tell them it was closing time, and hoping silently that they would leave before then. If they were waiting for me to count down the register and make the night deposit, I was cooked.

It was 15 minutes to closing time, and finally, a customer dashed in the door. I was thrilled, and hoped for the first time that he was a chatty one who would linger until past close. He wasn't. He hurried in, asked for a large jar of koi pellets, paid for them and walked to the door.

He opened the door, shut it, and with an anxious voice said, "There's a HUGE dog out there!"

I went to the door, and the owner's German shepherd dog, Blackie, was sitting outside. His head was cocked as though he were asking, "Hey, why'd you shut that door in my face."

With a feeling of relief, I laughed and said, "Oh, that's Blackie. He's the owner's dog. I guess Bill is out in the parking lot." I then let Blackie in the door, assuming he would take his usual resting spot behind the counter.

As if Blackie was really one of the animals with angel wings, he had other ideas. He began to patrol the aisles. The boys were circling around once again, and were suddenly confronted by Blackie. His fur brindled and he bared his teeth. I heard a distinct, low growl come out of his mouth. The boys looked at Blackie, noticed a sign depicting a German shepherd over the door that read "Guard Dog On Duty", and both ran out the door. The tension flowed out of me like the sweat had been previously. I quickly locked the door and said, "Thank you Blackie! I've got to tell you father (his owner) about what you just did!" I then counted the register down, prepared the night deposit and waited for Bill to come in.

And I waited.... and waited. After fifteen minutes, I looked out into the parking lot to see if Bill's car was there. It wasn't. There were no tire tracks in the snow, other than those made by the sole customer. I looked at Blackie, now resting behind the counter, teasing the guinea pigs. I asked him, "Where's your father, Blackie?" You could almost see the dog shrug his shoulders.

Perplexed, I called Bill's home. His wife answered. I asked her if Bill had come by the store during the evening. She said, "No, he's been here all night watching television." I then asked, "Did you know that Blackie is here? He came in a few minutes before close." I could hear his wife speaking to Bill in the background. She came back to the phone, "It looks like Blackie jumped over the fence. He's never done that before!"

Blackie not only had jumped over a 6 foot chain link fence, but he had navigated nearly 2 miles down one of the town's busiest streets, through several inches of snow. The dog whose worst vice was menacing guinea pigs had routed two would-be robbers. The answer to my prayer came packaged with four feet, a tail and a tongue that hung out fairly often. Animals with angel wings? You bet!

The New Testament tells us to be kind to strangers, as they may be "angels unaware." It's wise to be kind to animals as well; you never know when they might become one of your own angel stories in real life.

Angels Among Us - by Anonymous

One of my angel stories in real life happened when I was approached by a woman (I now believe to have been an angel) on the Bainbridge ferry in Seattle. She approached me twice on the upper deck, both times staring straight at me like someone who knew me and cared for me, she was smiling, never took her eyes off of me. I smiled back, then as I turned to watch her walk away, turned again and she was gone. I walked all decks and cabins twice and there was no sight of her.

She was wearing purples and magenta, her clothes were draped and long and flowing. She wasn't dressed like others, it was drizzling and chilly and windy, and she had no jacket.

At the time I was returning from a day of moving my 85 yr old brother in law who lost his wife (my sister) last year to illness. I saw it as a sign of appreciation for supporting family. I took it as a sign that I am not alone and I am cared for. I took it as a sign that I need only look around and guidance would be there. It was very assuring.
