I find connections in tarot cards and zodiac signs quite magical. This astrological 12-card spread with positions and meanings can give you a tremendous amount of self-guidance.
The twelve positions can be laid out in any manner that appeals to you. Simply place your tarot cards in two rows of six, two columns of six, three rows of four etc, or place the cards in a circle. The key is to assign each of your tarot cards and zodiac signs as follows.
Then turning up each card, one at a time, think of its keyword and what that position relates to and see what you make of your reading.
![]() Card position 1 is Aries and relates to Personality (Keywords: charisma, charm, identity, makeup, nature, psyche, self, temper, temperament, complexion, disposition, dynamism, emotions, individuality, magnetism, singularity, likableness, selfdom, selfhood) |

What tarot cards represent which zodiac signs?
The Major Arcana cards correspond with specific planets, the moon, and the stars. Though different scholars each have their own opinions, in some ways there is a representation that we see more often than not.
When using astrology alongside the tarot, you will be opening a different viewpoint that could be quite a bit of help to you in your own readings. A better understanding, if you will. The use of connecting tarot cards and zodiac signs, no matter the opinion, is centuries old.
Remember to read your tarot cards and balance the zodiac and the Arcana. If you read something confusing or something that doesn't align, you may want to step away from your tarot cards and zodiac signs spread for a short time and relax. Clarity cannot come with stress or aggravation.

The more that you use tarot cards and zodiac signs the more you will begin to fully gather the benefits of using both sources within a reading. This is simply a guideline for your use. Remember that few things are ever certain and lives are ever changing. Read your cards as you normally would but expand your consciousness to the sources of the zodiac to gain even more insight during a reading. These two sources complement each other in great ways!
